I hate gambling. And these are the reasons why I hate gambling
-People's characters/behavior/attitude change while gambling
-It can become an addiction. From once a month, to once every week? From 4 hours, it can go up to 6 hours, if not 10 hours. The time will just increase with each play.
-It can break relationships ; if one party disagrees with the other on the use of money in this area.
-Falsely creating dreams of becoming richer without work but just play.
People tell me "it's just a hobby". If it is, why don't you just play cards or mahjong without money? Just playing the game without money can be a hobby.
The point is - when you put money into it, you already transformed the hobby into gambling.
It is against many religions to gamble, because gambling is an act of "taking" money that you have not earned.
