2nd trip to HK! Wanted to come back there for AGES,
because that is the first country I have visited alone and sparked my independence in travelling!
If you have not read the first trip, click here! The second trip is a relatively short one.. my main purpose is just to visit Ocean Park since the first one I went Disneyland.
For people who doesn't know, I am a big fan of theme parks!!
I'm absolutely in LOVE with rollercoasters and thrill rides.

Plane selfie. Stuck on board 4 hours alone cuz I plan to meet HY and YF there.

Arrived in HK, took the speed train (which cost about $100 HKD = $17 SGD?) which I think is pricey!
But I heard its better than MTR, because it has comfortable seats and less people, and much faster.

So sweet of him to fetch me from airport, he was in China and couldn't make it in time for the ferry,
hired a cab just to get into HK to make it in time to fetch me from my flight.
If not I'll be a lost sheep wandering in HK. Yeah, I can't get anywhere even tho its my 2nd time there.

Reached HK at night and went for steamboat and after that drinks at Jordan Street.
Isn't that one of the prettiest staircase you ever seen? Lol.
Its summer in HK, so it's uber hot even at night. ):

Yummy dimsum brunch. Love how they add so much celery and green onions! YAY!

Ocean Park the next day! Totally forgot its gonna be super hot in the noon,
went without sunblock or umbrella and totally REGRETTED.

And seriously the amount of PRCs going to Ocean Park is OHMYTIANS.
They are EVERYWHERE. In the heat, we are all sweaty, smelly, and sticky.
They kind of just stomped all over my feet, pushed me around and cut my Q in rides,
screamed next to my ear just to get their friends attention. ): Not a good experience at all.

Rant aside, I wasn't going to let them spoil my mood.
Because rollercoasters are waiting for me~! :D

Our first ride below.

1 HOUR of q-ing.. but definitely worth it!!! It goes 360 degrees for like 3 times.
LOVE IT! I was so thrilled and screaming at my top of my voice throughout.

Selfie while Q-ing. The bored things we do while q-ing include playing finger pepsicola,
dancing to the music playing, taking selfies, talking about random stupid topics. HAHA

After all the heat, we decided to go somewhere cooller and found the seals museum.

Didn't take much pics in here because no flash photography allowed as it stresses out animals.

See something far away?

CLOSE UP. This ride kind of scared me the most. Probably because of three reasons.
One was because all seats were taken and I had to be separated with HY, and sat beside strangers.
Second was the ride is super CRAZY! It hangs you upside down for like 3 seconds and then it spins and tosses you back down really quickly. I swear I was panicking like crazy when I was hanging in midair about 8 storeys high.
Third was probably this Hongkie boy sitting next to me, he was taunting me!!!
I was screaming because I was so scared, he said in cantonese:
"Waaaa~ So scary ah~" .
"Waaaa~ So high ah~" .
"Waaaaa~ So exciting!"
Next moment they hung me in midair again the wind blew and my long long hair kind of flipped and slapped his face and he said something like "AHHH NEI DEI TOU FA AAAHH" (which means "ahhhh your hairrrr!!") Which made me laugh like mad. HAHAHA.

Caught the dolphin show to calm some nerves. They are really smart and cute!!

Creepy bus lol.

Went to HK street and had some street food.

Food is super OVERPRICED in OceanPark.
Would suggest buying some water before you go there because over there,
water costs HK$24 = $4 SGD.
We had like corndogs for like $10 sgd each and small box of popcorn at $7 sgd . Madness.

One of the prettiest views I took a picture of while q-ing for the rides.

DAY 2. Walked for a long time in the sweltering heat to find food.

This is so yummy! I don't know what it's called but its tomato soup with maggie noodle.
You can add on ingredients like luncheon meat, egg, chickenchop,
porkchop or hotdog, or whatever they have.

Yummy toast in condensed milk. And it's so cheap! The Q is really long and you have to sit with strangers.

Here's what it looks like. CRAZY CROWDED.

Skateboards!

This kind of reminded me of a work I did back then in school,
where I have to design a skateboard. I don't even know where is it now. Lol.

YF and HY (:

TRUTH VS. REALITY.

Cute 3D glasses, they make the images pop when you look at them.

Caught "Lucy" the movie. LOVE IT...but the ending was kinda disappointing.

Met my idol Zheng Yi Jian at the theatres!!

Well that's about it. Took a flight back at night with HY.

I think I will visit HK only when it's winter next time. I can't stand the heat!
