Relationship on the rocks ... I probably never cried so hard and experienced so much anger at one shot for such a long time. I was just so pissed off yet so upset... I never knew these emotions could combine together. I really hope everything will work out in the end..

Prata and Yoga

So I just ate the above.. $26 prata for two. What the f?! Hahaha!! We must be crazy.

Anyhoo.. I was really into yoga and researching it today and voila.. i really went to buy a yoga mat.

Cheap! at $20. worth it right!! I saw sportslink selling theirs at 27.90 - 30.00 so I guess i got a good deal!

was watching Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown and I swear they are MAD

and so.... I shall start my workout on my first off day. goodluck to me. 

I'm contemplating on a diet which involves only two meals a day.

1st meal - breakfast - strictly liquid (veggie shake)

snack - fruits / berries / nuts in midday

lunch - wholemeal / salads and maybe some boiled meat.

but......i probably quit after 3 days. -.-
